1.
All things with God, without him nought
will hither Wondrous blessing bring.
For God hath wonders wrought in heaven and on earth and
would for the just himself become a wondrous blessing.
Mankind is striving much, would wonders many fashion,
and ever restless in its senses, thoughts, intentions.
Should hither Wondrous blessing come,
all things with God, without him nought
2.
All things with God, without him nought
will hither Jesus’ blessing bring.
The mighty Lord of grace can truly blessing bring us;
if he but board the ship, most surely shall we prosper.
Though every blessing may at first seem all so distant,
blest he who learns this well amidst his labors:
Should hither Jesus’ blessing come,
all things with God, without him nought.
3.
All things with God, without him nought
unto the Land will blessings bring.
On God must all depend, if ever rulers prosper.
Ah, bless, O thou dear God, this land in thought and action,
so that the whole wide land in peace for this be joyful,
in ample blessing lie and reaffirm this lesson:
Unto the Land should blessings come,
all things with God l, without him nought.
4.
All things with God, without him nought
will hither Heaven’s blessing bring.
Thou, God of heaven, canst to heaven grant thy favor,
thy heav'nly bosom can grain, wine and oil apportion
when rain and sunshine have embraced in their due season,
when earth and heaven laugh and we must all confess it:
Should hither Heaven’s blessing come,
all things with God, without him nought.
5.
All things with God, without him nought
will here Excelling blessing bring.
A store and horn of grace, filled with earth's noble produce,
shall the Almighty’s hand pour forth into our bosom.
For from the heavenly dew can noble fruits be gathered,
by sun and moon brought forth, that noble souls declare this:
Should here Excelling blessing come,
all things with God, without him nought.
6.
All things with God, without him nought
will hither Life its blessings bring.
The prince of life doth pledge our health and life and blessing
where brothers live in peace, would give to life its vigor.
From human life's redoubt e're many foes assailing,
his work is full of toil and no one can deny this:
Should unto Life its blessings come,
all things with God, without him nought.
7.
All things with God, without him nought
will hither Many blessings bring.
My God, thou knowest, yea, and tellest all our footsteps,
O hear me yet, hear what throughout my life I've prayed for.
Nought without thee, with thee in all my undertakings,
thus I e'en now am glad, that word will stand unshaken:
Should hither Many blessings come,
all things with God, without him nought.
8.
All things with God, without him nought
will here Eternal blessing bring.
What is the earthly part? A shadow disappearing
o'er which the heav’nly part forevermore prevaileth.
This part all, that part nought. Wouldst thou them both examine,
God be the guiding star, if thou wish not to founder.
Should here Eternal blessing come,
all things with God, without him nought.
9.
All things with God, without him nought
will hither Richest blessings bring.
A God surpassing rich will grant us past all measure,
beyond all that which we can fathom, pray, imagine.
What wealth the world holds dear can melt away and vanish.
I know already how to gain the realm of blessing:
Should blessing's Riches hither come,
all things with God without him nought.
10.
All things with God, without him nought
will hither Newfound blessings bring.
Because his grace and his faith renew the light of morning
and he his own is pleased with quickened strength to gladden,
I hold him, leave him not, he'll have anew dominion;
what happens without God must all be soon forgotten.
Should hither Newfound blessings come,
all things with God, without him nought
11.
All things with God, without him nought
will unto Souls their blessings bring.
The flesh, the soul will not, no, nought will meet destruction.
They are in God's own hand, believers ne'er shall perish.
What gain, if many without God in gold are bathing?
The world is their reward, the soul doth earn corruption.
Should unto Souls their blessings come,
all things with God, without him nought.
12.
All things with God, without him nought
will hither Thousand blessings bring.
God, Father, thou who dwellst where choirs resound in thousands,
O grant me through my prayer in Christ to find thy favor.
Thy Spir't, my heart and mind in all things should lead thither:
Nought without thee, my God, help me always to ponder:
Should hither Thousand blessings come,
all things with God, without him nought
